This single-circle CDS in duplex with the slogan "PAQUEBOT/POSTED ON BOARD" came in a wide variety of styles, in some of which the two lines of the slogan were justified and horizontal lines above and below. There were also variations in the CDS portion of the cancellation.

Its usage was limited to ports in the British Isles.

1 Bristol: 1969 - letters in the CDS were much smaller than previously.
2 Liverpool: 1938 - smaller letters in CDS and no time reading.
3 London: 1933, 1935 - "London F.S.", 1947 - simply "London". 1935 - slogan fully boxed and lettering very different.
4 Plymouth: 1932 - "Plymouth Devon"; 1935 - "Plymouth Gt. Britain".
5 Southampton: 1931 - In CDS arcs in lower quarters between 'Southampton' and 'B' at bottom; 1947 - 'Southampton Paquebot' in CDS; 1952 - as 1931 but no arcs; 1956 - as 1947, but slogan bounded by upper and lower lines.
6 Torquay: 'South Devon' in CDS. Slogan to left of CDS.
7 Weymouth: Slogan on left of CDS.
8 Glasgow: 1936 - 'Glasgow' letters more widely spaced than in the common version.
9 Belfast: 1925 - CDS has two concentric circles with 'BELFAST' and (YEAR) between them at the top and bottom respectively. 1934 - CDS single circle with arc. (YEAR) is in centre and is horizontal. 1964 - arc is broken by a 'B' at bottom.
